Ed Pupulin, President
Ed Pupulin has a long career in senior leadership roles and is also currently Director of International Business Development for HomeLife Realty Services. Prior to joining HomeLife and pololoans, Ed was with a major bank where he held a number of Management positions in Credit Adjudication, Sales, Operations, Risk and Audit.
Ed has also been very successful as an entrepreneur. He partnered in a large and successful Property Maintenance company that provided services for Cadillac Fairview, Cambridge Properties, First Gulf Group and many other large commercial property holders.
Ed graduated from the Ryerson Radio and Television Arts Program and has worked in radio broadcasting as an On Air announcer and Program Director for a number of radio stations.
Joe Digiambattista, EVP, Lending Solutions
Joseph (Joe) Digiambattista is an accomplished financial services executive with over 25 years of senior leadership experience in Canada’s lending sector. Joe has served as Senior Vice President to a number of Financial Services firms and has been responsible for creating and launching the first Alternative Mortgage Solutions Program for a major bank. In addition he created and launched the Ontario and Eastern Canadian operations for a National AAA insured lender in the residential mortgage industry.
He has worked extensively with bank executives, mortgage lenders, super-broker and owners as well as real estate brokers, owners and agents.
Joe’s expertise lies in his deep understanding of the mortgage market place as a whole, from operations to execution, from origination to sales and from marketing to loyalty-rewards.
Ming Wong, COO
Ming Wong has over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership roles, from start-up to high-growth business. He was previously COO of national brokerage company, a sales team with over 1000 mortgage agents. In addition to this role, he was Head of Business Support for this major bank.
Ming has the proven track record in successfully analyzing an organization’s business requirements, identify challenges and opportunities, as well as develop and implement cost-effective solutions impacting operations, sales effectiveness and human resources.
Danny Gin, V.P. Client Services
Danny Gin’s career started with a Top 5 Bank with a career spanning over 15 years, leading to branch management, financial planning and mortgage specialist positions. He also spent several years developing strategic sales and operations programs for start-up mortgage brokerage companies.
Danny’s entrepreneurial venture includes businesses in Asia, where he was a partner in a successful company, packaging and selling eco-friendly gas station systems.
